Kishan and Shan Patel continue to guide the strategy, investments, and operations of the group they founded.
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Kishan leads Straten’s strategic growth, team development, and operational execution across a group of 250+ employees. Through Straten Management Group, he oversees a hospitality portfolio that includes branded hotels and The Pemberton in Phoenix. Before founding Straten, he worked at Renogy during a period of rapid growth and its recognition on the Inc. 5000. His leadership emphasizes accountability, capable teams, and disciplined operations.
Chief Investment Officer & Co-Founder
Shan directs Straten’s investment strategy and asset management across its real estate and venture activities. His work emphasizes disciplined evaluation, investor communication, and risk management. He also supports Bookit N Go, a Straten Ventures portfolio company, as it grows following its Series A financing. Before founding Straten, Shan worked at Renogy during a period of significant expansion.
