Investments

Investing with an operator’s perspective.

Our real estate decisions begin with the asset: its operations, capital needs, and long-term potential. Below are selected syndicated transactions in which we have participated, followed by how we approach transactions that Straten sponsors.

For information only; no investment is offered through this public page. Any available LLC interest is subject to separate offering and governing documents, eligibility requirements, and material risks. Read the disclosures.

The sequence

How we approach a sponsored transaction.

When Straten sponsors a real estate transaction, we establish the plan for the asset, organize the deal-specific entity, and manage execution and member reporting. The terms and process for any transaction are defined in its governing documents.

01

Source and underwrite

We review the property, its operating outlook, and the capital required to execute the plan.

02

Organize the entity

A deal-specific LLC is formed, with participation terms documented for that transaction.

03

Complete the transaction

Eligible participants review the governing documents before any interest is accepted and the transaction closes.

04

Operate and improve

The operating and project teams carry out the asset plan, with responsibilities defined for each property.

05

Report and distribute

Members receive transaction updates and applicable documents through the investor portal.

When a Straten-sponsored transaction is available, eligible participants generally subscribe for a membership interest in a deal-specific LLC under its subscription and operating agreements. An LLC interest may be a security; this public page is not an offering. Review our transaction disclosures and risks.
