At the edge of Roosevelt Row, we repositioned an existing property as The Inkwell Hotel, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The project brought together refreshed guest rooms, public spaces, dining, and a distinct identity shaped by the surrounding arts district.

The Pemberton.
The Pemberton brings together three parcels in Phoenix’s Roosevelt Row arts district as a hospitality and food and beverage destination. Its mix of fifteen small-format concepts, a central bar, and regular programming creates a setting shaped by the neighborhood around it.
Straten assembled the site and remains directly involved in its operations. The project reflects our approach to adaptive reuse: preserve a place’s character, introduce complementary uses, and manage the guest experience as a cohesive whole.
