Transaction structure
Participation in a Straten-sponsored transaction is generally structured as a membership interest in a transaction-specific limited liability company. For the pre-IPO holdings described on this site, the applicable special purpose vehicle, or SPV, holds the underlying ownership or economic interest. A member's interest is in the applicable LLC; it is not direct ownership of the underlying company's shares or an interest in The Straten Group, unless the governing documents expressly provide otherwise. The structure and rights of each transaction are determined by its own documents.
