Roosevelt Market will consist of a 2-story, mixed-use building located in the Evans Churchill neighborhood and the Roosevelt Row Arts District.  The building has been designed to fit the architectural context of neighboring building monOrchid with traditional building materials, outdoor space, public walkways, and activated enhanced corner. 

The building will include ~28,000 SF of ground floor space food and beverage offerings. While the ~18,000 mezzanine will feature neighborhood amenities like hair and nail salons, workout classes and laundry services.
