The Straten Group originated from a modest motel office in Corona, California, where Kishan and Shan Patel envisioned a business centered around people and purpose. They launched STRATENAPEX, a solar and project management startup that paved the way for The Straten Group.
Their initial hotel acquisition in Mesa, Arizona, showcased their ability to transform underperforming properties into thriving ventures. By 2019, Straten relocated its headquarters to Mesa, expanding methodically while ensuring each division received personal oversight from the leadership.
