Burton

Inspired by the contemporary design aesthetic, The Burton is an upscale multifamily building in the heart of the Roosevelt Row Arts District. The design is focused around the idea that each unit should have its own entrance, its own private outdoor space – either a back patio or rooftop deck, and each unit should be meticulously designed for the right urbanite residents. The downtown location allows the building to focus the tenant amenities outward into the neighborhood while putting all the investment into the private amenities in each unit.
